A dad blog, where we are more than we dreamed we would be...and where we dream of being more.
I feel the same way, Ron. I did take the time after I had been a father for a while to thank him for the good example he set. I was glad I said that to him.LeeTossing It Out
I never gave my Pa a moment's anxiety! He, on the other hand, would ask for a lick of my icecream and take a huge bite, Every time, And I still let him. Wish hs was still here.
I didn't know my dad he passed away when I was three. I hope you had a great Father's Day.Yvonne.
Aw he's the same ol' guy !!Mom
Don't worry I bbq'd him a steak and potato so the duty was done :) But yep, he's a great Dad!B
Hey Ron-Naila Moon here from Just The Stuff Ya Know. I thought you would like to know that I featured you on my blog this week. Come check it out and thanks for following me.http://yaknowstuff.blogspot.com/2012/06/featured-faces-fridayjune-28-2012.html~Naila Moon
Saw u mentioned over at Naila-Moon's and thought I'd stop by. I'm your latest follower. Nice to meet you. I lost my dad Jan. 30th, 1980 to Lung Cancer. He was 54 yrs. I miss him bunches and I put him through some tuff times too, but I know he still watches over me, and tries to help. I was able to tell him sorry before he passed. Thank the Lord. Have a fun & safe fourth!
I enjoyed reading your articles. This is truly a great read for me. I have bookmarked it and I am looking forward to reading new articles.
One month later, but I like your sentiments. Dads are so important and often overlooked and not valued. I somehow know that you are a good dad.
Hi Ron,Thanks for your comment! I just found it now! I love your blog. Keep it up!
